• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided via Firebase Authentication (including Google and Apple sign-in tokens).
• User Content: Media metadata, album configurations, custom canvas layout layers, and text elements explicitly saved to your cloud profile.
• Device Data: Basic hardware information (such as system API level) strictly used to optimize video encoding and local media rendering performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to fulfill our service commitments to you, specifically to:

• Authenticate your identity and securely sync your user data across devices.
• Provide, maintain, and save your custom photo layouts, templates, and media configurations.
• Ensure stability and efficiency when performing hardware-accelerated video rendering tasks.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell or lease your personal information. Your data is handled exclusively by trusted infrastructure partners required for app functionality:

• Firebase Authentication: To securely manage global user sign-ins.
• Secure Cloud Database (MySQL): To store your structured template layouts and profile references safely.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We only retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. In full compliance with global developer policies and privacy standards, you have total control over your data:

• You can request the permanent erasure of your account and all associated user data at any time.
• To delete your account, navigate to the Settings panel inside the Footprints app and select Delete Account, or submit a request directly via email to our support desk.
• Upon receiving an account deletion request, all linked database records, including your profile information and saved media configurations, will be permanently purged from our active backend servers within 7 business days.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement strict technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information. All communications between the mobile application and this backend API are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols, and resource access is secured by valid Firebase JWT verification layers.

6. Deceptive Behavior and Misrepresentation

We are committed to full transparency. Footprints:

• Clearly states its purpose and user utility as a creative photo editor and memory tool.
• Does not impersonate other applications, brands, or entities.
• Does not contain hidden functionalities or modify systemic device parameters without clear user consent.

7. Google Play’s Target API Level Compliance

We ensure that our infrastructure aligns with target platform architectures, keeping security measures fully updated alongside modern Android privacy standards.

8. User Consent

By registering and using Footprints, you confirm that you accept the terms outlined in this privacy policy and authorize the processing of your data for account synchronization and photo editor features.
